• Business address and contact details

1.2 Invoice & Financial Document Data

The core function of our Platform involves processing your financial documents. We collect and store:

• Invoice files you upload (PDF, image, or other supported formats)
• Extracted data including vendor names, line items, amounts, dates, tax details, and payment terms
• Validation results and error flags generated during processing
• Processed records pushed to QuickBooks or other connected accounting platforms

1.3 QuickBooks & Third-Party Integration Data

When you connect your QuickBooks account, we access data necessary to push processed invoices, including:

• QuickBooks OAuth tokens (access and refresh tokens)
• Vendor and customer records required for invoice matching
• Account and chart of accounts data for proper categorization

We access only the minimum QuickBooks data scopes required to perform the integration. We do not read, store, or analyze your broader QuickBooks financial history beyond what is required to push your processed invoices.

1.4 Usage & Technical Data

• IP address, browser type, and device information
• Log data including pages visited, features used, and timestamps
• Cookies and similar tracking technologies for session management
